  • Established initially with 12 members, with volumes of approximately 4,000 FEU annually.
  • TOYSA has since grown to over 100 members.
  • TOYSA has saved our members more than over $60,000,000 since it was formed in 1990.

Our books and performance are a matter of public record. Our books are audited every year by an independent outside auditor.

Some may call us a 3pl but regardless of how you dress us up, we simply save millions for our members.


  • We encourage our members to commit at least 50% of their anticipated volume.
  • Your association container fees and the amount refunded are directly proportional to the amount committed and shipped.

  • Being a member does not obligate you to use our carriers, or all our programs. You are free to negotiate directly with other carriers.
  • Meeting carrier contract obligations is managed by TOYSA.
